Jack Klem, ThD
Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dean of the Graduate School
Jack Klem is the newest addition to Northland’s administration. Dr. Klem completed a BS from Lancaster Bible College, an MDiv and ThM from Baptist Bible Seminary, and a ThD from Central Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Klem began his ministry with a three-year pastorate in the New York Catskill Mountains at what was then called Wawarsing Gospel Church. The Lord then began to give him a desire for the classroom and for mentoring young men and women into ministry. Dr. Klem was able to do just that for eight years in a Bible Institute hosted by Bible Baptist Church in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He spent the last fourteen years in Virginia Beach where he enjoyed the privilege of planting Central Baptist Theological Seminary and working closely with Colonial Baptist, the host church. Dr. Klem now serves as the dean of Northland Graduate School and the vice president for academic affairs. Dr. Klem and his wife, Cathy, have two children, Jason and Alison.
