Les J. Ollila, DD
Chancellor
Les Ollila received a BA and an LLD honorary degree from Bob Jones
University. He also received a DD honorary degree from FaithWay Baptist
College of Michigan. He served more than five years with Life Action
Revival Ministries. After pastoring in South Carolina, he served ten
years as the associate pastor and director of youth ministries at Calvary
Baptist Church of Roseville, Michigan. Besides directing Leadership
Ministries, he authored Manna, a devotional, and Foundation for Youth
Programs. He is a nationally recognized seminar and conference speaker
in the areas of leadership training, Christian educators’ conferences,
family-centered church meetings, summer camps, and Christian school
ministries. He served as president of Northland International
University from 1984–2002 and now serves as chancellor. He and
his wife, Charlene, have three children and ten grandchildren.
