Step One

• Complete and submit an Application Form. 
• Complete and submit the Self-Evaluation Form.
• Contact your pastor and two mentors to complete the Personal Reference Form.

 *If your pastor is a family member, a deacon or youth pastor may submit the pastoral reference.

Upon receiving acceptance, you may move to Step Two.

Step Two  

• Print a High School Transcript Request and have your high school complete the form and mail your official final high school transcript to Northland International University’s Admissions Office.*
• Print a College Transcript Request and have your college complete the form and mail your official college transcript to Northland International University’s Registrar Office.*
• Submit the Medical Form and the Immunization History Form with the appropriate physician’s verification. (Northland does not require a physical.)
• The following forms are not required but are suggested: Work Study Application, Financial Aid Application, and FAFSA.

Step Three  

(once you receive your Confirmation Packet)

• Complete your Confirmation Card.
• Pay your confirmation fee by calling Admissions at 1.888.4.NORTHLAND.
• Have your parents complete and submit a Parent Permission Form.
• Complete and submit the Insurance Form and read through the Insurance Brochure.
• Register for classes.
