Course Payment
Each course needs to be paid in full before the class begins. We recommend that all online students check their accounts on NIA the Thursday or Friday before a class begins to make sure everything is in order.
Refund Policy
Northland Online operates under a “no return” policy. Students who decide to withdraw after a class has officially begun will not receive a monetary refund. If you decide that you can no longer pursue the completion of a given course, it is important that you let us know before the first day of class.
