January 16–20 for a Master and Doctor of Ministry class entitled “Preaching the Gospels.” This module is co-taught by two gifted
instructors. Dr. Doug Bookman will open the class with three days of
instruction surveying the life of Christ. Dr. Bookman has dedicated years of
study to the life of Christ and has spoken on this topic around the world. Dr. Sam Horn will conclude the week with specific focus on
preaching the Gospel of Matthew. God has richly blessed Dr. Horn with the
ability to powerfully communicate God’s Word. Dr. Horn will discuss various
methods of proclaiming the truth of the Gospels to your congregation. Following
the week of classroom instruction, students will prepare a set of manuscripted
sermons as evidence of this course’s contribution to their teaching
ministries.
