SpringFest 2009 is a great ministry outreach opportunity for the teens of your church. Our main thrusts for the day are evangelism, edification, and enjoyment. Last year, we had over 1,000 teens and sponsors who participated in SpringFest. Your teens have a fantastic avenue for inviting their unsaved or unchurched friends to join them for a day of great activities, skits, a volleyball tournament, paintball, great food, sensational singing, and the preaching of Rand Hummel, assistant director of the THE WILDS Christian Camp & Conference Center in Brevard, North Carolina.
We will also be hosting our fourth Lay Training Conference for sponsors and the lay leaders of your church in conjunction with SpringFest. Lay Training is designed to aid in equipping workers in your church for greater service and ministry .

Registration is a Simple Two-Step Process
1. NOW – Church Registration Form:
In order to reserve a place for your group, simply complete the Church Registration Form. Please note the estimated number of teens and sponsors you will be bringing. (Your count will help us order food and supplies.) Return the Church Registration Form and fee ($15) no later than March 23.
For every church registered by March 23, one sponsor per church will receive a free SpringFest ’09 T-shirt.To download the church registration form, right click here and choose save as. Print and fill out the form to be mailed to:

2. By April 6 – Individual Teen and Sponsor and Lay Leadership Registration Forms:
Run off the necessary number of teen/sponsor/lay leadership registration forms for your group. Click here to download forms to be printed. Return the completed forms and full payment of all $12 registration fees. (See mailing address above.)
Again, this year we will host our Lay Training Conference in conjunction with SpringFest. Sessions will include tracks for Adult Leadership, General Leadership, Youth, Evangelism, and Ladies’ Ministries. This is a great opportunity for you to bring your teens to SpringFest and also enjoy sessions throughout the day for the lay leaders in your church. As an encouragement for you to bring your sponsors or lay leaders, for every ten teens you register by the April 6 postmark, one sponsor may attend for FREE. After the April 6 deadline, all sponsors and lay leaders will pay the $12 registration fee.
