Many Northland students enjoyed
the annual skiing trip to Marquette Mountain, located in Marquette, Michigan. This
trip was organized by the Student Life department, and over fifty students
attended this year’s event. When asked about the trip, students commented on the
pleasant weather that they experienced for the day. Students also expressed
appreciation for the great time of recreation and fellowship with each other.
One of the highlights for the students was benefitting from a significantly reduced
group rate. Overall, the students enjoyed the time, making memories with
friends and escaping their books for a day. Many are already looking forward to
next year’s trip.
