The Technology Department exists to facilitate the use of technology throughout campus. Our goal is to enable all students, faculty, and staff to perform their respective duties more effectively through the responsible use of technology.

The Helpdesk division provides both hardware and software support for all NMI machines, expanding to include personal laptops whenever possible. Accounts are provided both internally and to our campus guests for easy access to our filtered internet.

Our Telecommunications division is set up to allow external calls using a calling card or personal/work account codes which are available upon request. Local calls can be made by anyone at any time simply by pressing “9” to reach off campus.
