Themost important thing that I am thankful for and appreciate about the facultyat Northland is that they SINCERELY CARE about the students. Northlandis different. The faculty's observations from students looking tired tothe chats Dr. Olson has with the student body reflect their love. It isevident that the faculty prays for the student body as a whole as wellas individual students who are struggling. Janelle has often talkedone-on-one with professors regarding different subjects or strugglesshe is having. They listen, pray with and for her. We don't have a lotof experience with other universities, but I know that Northland isdifferent. Given the opportunity, we would highly recommend everyone toNorthland. —Carol Spragg

Asa parent, I really like the Northland website. It has lots of greatpictures on there. Northland does a great job of taking care of thestudents. When your daughter/son is so far away from home, it iscomforting to know that they are in a community that cares for them inevery aspect of life. On occasion I have had to call the school, and Iam always treated with respect. My issues, concerns, or questions havealways been handled superbly. One of my favorite things about Northlandis the wonderful job they do with local churches. The Extension programis great! It is so good to know that these young people are working inchurches and being prepared to be active adult members of theirchurches. —Pam Jackson

Weare very appreciative of the fact that we feel our daughter is blessedto be a student in a Bible college that has a heart for truediscipleship. We have tried to instill in our children a heart of lovefor Christ that will ‘flesh out’ in service to Him and others, and thatis what Northland is all about, too. So it's a great fit for us. We arealso thankful that Northland knows our daughter personally—she’s notjust a ‘number.’ And parents of a daughter far from home might betempted to worry about safety, etc., but we're confident that she’s ingood hands. —Scott and Dori Nicoll
