Pastors’ Conferences and School of Servants (Lay Leadership Training) 
 

Northland’s Graduate School Office takes the Northland heart and philosophy on the road, providing encouragement and training to pastors and lay leaders who are out on the front lines. Conferences can be scheduled for both pastors and lay leaders at one location or can be scheduled separately. Click here to see conferences currently scheduled. Ministry Team 
 

Each semester, a team of five or six students travels to various regions, ministering in churches and reaching out to teens. This fall’s team will be touring Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Student Leadership Conferences 

As a service for the teens in your church or school, this ministry is designed to train and instruct Christian young people to pursue their relationship with Jesus Christ and to be effective, biblical leaders in their schools and youth groups.
