We are happy to accommodate prospective students (ninth grade and above) and sponsors; alumni and former students; family or friends of current students, faculty, or staff; pastors, missionaries, administrators, recruiters, and administrative guests.

Accommodation Prices
Guest Room: $50 per night (motel-type room / complimentary
breakfast included)
Newly Renovated Camp Room: $20 per night per night
(linens cost $4 per person)
Non Renovated Camp Rooms remain $10.00 per night until
the renovations are completed (linens cost $4 per person)
Pioneer Village Rooms:
$30.00 per night (linens cost $4
per person)
Recreational Vehicle Hook-Ups: $8.00 per night (includes electricity, water
and sewer) We have 4 hook ups: 2 in our upper campus; 2 in the lower
campus
Dorm Room: $5 per night
Accommodation Discounts
Prospective students and sponsors qualify for two nights of free lodging and meals. Note: This discount applies only to prospective students who attend three classes and chapel.
Sponsors qualify for the above rates according to the following guidelines:
- 1–5 students: 1 sponsor (and family)
- 6–10 students: 1 sponsor (and family) or 2 adults
- 11–17 students: 2 sponsors (and spouses) or 4 adults
- 18+ students: 3 sponsors (and spouses) or 6 adults
Pastors, missionaries, administrators, Alumni Association members:
- Guest Room: $20 per night; Meals: $1 off
Recruiters for camps, missions, or Christian schools:
- 2 nights free, 3 meals free
Check In and Check Out
Guests should check in at the Information Desk and plan to pay all fees at that time. After hours, guests should check in at the Welcome Center (campus entrance) and pay all fees the next day at the Information Desk. Room check-in time is 3:30 p.m. For large groups, the sponsor in charge is responsible to check in the entire group. Room check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please return your key to the Information Desk before you leave campus.
Vehicle Parking
Buses, motor homes, campers, and trailers may be parked in front of the Recreation Hall and dormitories for loading and unloading. Vehicles may be parked in the north Pioneer Fitness Center parking lot or in front of the Recreation Hall.
Classes and Chapel
Class hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:20 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Class schedules are available at the Information Desk. Chapel meets in the Pioneer Fitness Center every day from 10:00–10:50 a.m. Class, society, and student body chapels occur on Thursdays. Their locations may vary.
Lost and Found
If you lose something while visiting Northland, please call the Information Desk at ext. 3000. Items will be returned to you COD upon your request. Items are retained for thirty days and then discarded. Northland International University assumes no responsibility for lost items.
What to Bring
Guest Rooms are completely furnished with bedding, bath linens, and soap. Dorm guests will need to bring bedding, bath linens, and toiletries. Camp rooms are furnished with bunk beds. Guests who stay in camp rooms will need to bring their own bed and bath linens and toiletries. For an additional charge, linens can be provided for guests at an individual rate of $4.
Dress Code
Northland asks that guests observe the same standards of dress that apply to students.
Young ladies: Modest dresses and skirts are suitable for chapel and classes. Our Winter Wear Policy is in effect from Thanksgiving Break to Mid-semester Break, during which time dress pants are fitting for chapel and classes.
Young men: Neat, trimmed hair and collared shirts are suitable for chapel and classes.
