A degree in Biblical Studies provides a wide range of options for any student desiring to go into the ministry. From church planting to youth ministries, the degree will equip every student with the tools needed to study the Word of God effectively as well as to teach and counsel in the local church. Each student who pursues a degree in Biblical Studies will choose one of the following eight emphases: Bible exposition, biblical counseling, biblical languages, church planting, evangelism, pastoral studies, theology, or youth ministries.

Requirements Overview

The student will survey the entire English Bible, obtain a working knowledge of the Greek language, be exposed to the ten major sections of systematic theology, receive instruction in exegesis, and acquire a basic understanding of the contemporary theology scene.
